چکیده

چون دموکراسی ماهیت پویا و زایایی دارد، بحث و بررسی در باب مبانی، آموزه‌ها و تطور مفهومی آن همچنان ادامه دارد. پژوهش و تبیین علمی‌نظریة دموکراسی رایزنانة هابرماس، و ارزیابی ِانعکاس، و نسبت مبانی فلسفی و معرفت‌شناختی‌اش با آن، هدفی‌ست که پژوهشگر در این تحقیق دنبال می‌کند. پس سعی بر آن است که ضمنِ تجزیه و تحلیل الگوی دموکراسی هابرماس، از منظر رهیافت توصیفی-تحلیلی و مطالعة کتابخانه‌ای، با کاویدن افکار و تشریح آراء و منظومة نظری هابرماس، مبانی و موازین دموکراسی و مؤلفه‌های برجسته و نظری آن ایضاح و تبیین شود. به باور دانش-پژوه، گفتمان دموکراسی مورد نظر هابرماس ریشه‌های فلسفی عمیقی دارد و جزئی از شالودة معرفتی و روش‌شناسی معطوف به انگارة رهایی‌بخشی (Emancipation) به شمار می‌رود. از این‌رو یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر بیان‌کنندة آن است که آراء و اندیشه‌های سیاسی هابرماس متأثر و برخاسته از خوانش وی از مبانی فلسفی-اش بوده است.

An Explanation of Deliberative Democracy in Philosophical Thoughts of Habermas

چکیده [English]

As democracy has a generative nature, there is continuing discussion and study about its principles, teachings, objectives and conceptual development. This article aims to study and provide a scientific explanation of Habermas’s theory of discourse democracy and evaluate his reflections. For this purpose, analyzing his deliberative democracy patterns, through an analytical-descriptive approach and by library research, authors of this study investigate into the theoretical components of his thoughts with the aim of clarifying his basic principles of democracy. In view of the researchers, the discourse democracy of Habermas is of profound philosophical roots which form part of the knowledge foundation with a methodology focused on Emancipation. Therefore, findings of this research show that the political opinions and thoughts of Habermas have their roots in his philosophical principles.
